Woman on the Edge

 

 

Out of the fog of the dominator thinking
I struggle on the edge of a precipice
Between centuries of conditioning
And disconnection from
My true center
The wise woman core
Forged into cellular memory
From
Forgotten lives
Sacrificed lives
Untold heroine lives
Left out of history lives
Lives that embodied
Partnership thinking
Lost long ago
The reign of the dominator thinking
Has taken us to the precipice
Of
Self-destruction
Inhumanity
Force
Control
Fear
And
The land of more for me
Less for you.
Our ongoing repression by terror, death, reprisals,
Mutilation, murder
Now Institutionalized
Has kept us silent
But
NO MORE!
I am a Woman who has gone over the Edge
Into the journey of facing fears that have kept me silent
Challenging the dominator thinking
That lives in me
Entering into Partnership
With
My Woman’s Wisdom Core
And learning Self-Care.
